Welcome to Twirls & Tiaras. By booking services, making a payment, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Twirls & Tiaras provides mobile spa party and event services for children, families, and private events. Services are delivered at the client’s requested location and agreed-upon time.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an event date and time.
• Dates are not reserved until a deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours notice and is subject to availability.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of all payments.
• Severe weather or emergency rescheduling will be handled at Twirls & Tiaras’ discretion.

• Packages include a maximum number of guests as listed at booking.
• Additional guests may incur extra fees.
• Events begin and end at the scheduled time.
• Additional time requested may result in overtime charges.

The client agrees to:

• Provide safe and adequate space for setup and operation.
• Ensure access to the location at the scheduled time.
• Inform Twirls & Tiaras of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns in advance.

• A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site or immediately accessible by phone for the duration of the event.
• Twirls & Tiaras staff facilitate activities but are not responsible for full child supervision.
• Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in early termination of services without refund.

Clients must notify Twirls & Tiaras in advance of any allergies or skin sensitivities.
We are not responsible for reactions related to undisclosed conditions.

The client is financially responsible for:

• Damage caused by guests to equipment, furnishings, or vehicles beyond normal wear and tear.
• Excessive mess or cleanup beyond standard service expectations.
  Repair or cleaning fees may be charged after the event if necessary.

• Additional travel fees may apply outside the standard service area.
• The client must ensure adequate parking and safe access for setup.
• Delays caused by lack of access may reduce service time without refund.

Twirls & Tiaras may photograph or record events for promotional and marketing purposes.
Clients may opt out by submitting a written request prior to the event date.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds of remaining balances are issued only in cases where Twirls & Tiaras is unable to provide the agreed service.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not guarantee a refund.

Twirls & Tiaras is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions
• Lost or stolen personal belongings
• Indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in activities
• Weather-related delays or interruptions beyond our control

Users agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce content without permission.

Twirls & Tiaras reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
